Once again Stephan has put together a great instructional video. Filmed at a seminar in Vancouver, BC, Emily takes students through a single pathway from hand fighting, to pulling a single leg "X" guard, to a sweep, to passing the guard, to obtaining and stabilizing mount, to finishing with a head and arm choke. This is taught step by step and in great detail with lots if common mistakes covered with real life students making them. I found this very helpful as many of the mistakes the students made, were mistakes I would make, and so the in app corrections are invaluable. The only issue that I really had with this at all is that while called pathways (plural,) the technique as outlined above was the only one shown. I think that this is great for solidifying the technique and is a great way to teach as Emily mentions in the video, but the buyer should understand that they are not going to get a ton of different useful techniques as is the case for others of the big/strong series. There are great tidbits to be had here and Overall, this has helped my game.
